Available for groups of 10 or more

A simple 8-week training program for
the beginner.

We focus on establishing a regular
weekly schedule of exercise. We work on form, breathing and
building endurance.

Our schedule begins with easy
run/walking, and gradually increases to 30+ minutes of running.

Weekly group sessions provide
guidance, support
and encouragement.

Weekly coach’s emails contain important
information on training, injury prevention, diet and nutrition.

Women's 101 program shirt and shoe ID
provided.

Gatorade and water at all group runs.
-
This program will prepare you for a 5K
fun run. (Entry fee not included.)

If you are a walker who has
always wanted to learn to run, this group training program will
keep you motivated..

If you are a new mom who wants to
establish a regular exercise program to lose weight, this program
will help you lose pounds as you build and tone muscles.

If you're a social jogger who wants to
"kick it up a notch" by running your first 5K fun run, this
program targets a 5K at the end of the session.

Women's 101 10K Training
Currently offered in the Spring to
prepare you for the Peachtree Road Race or another 10K race.

A simple 8-week training program designed to prepare you for
a 10K of your choice.

Personalized schedule based on your ability, goals and previous
race times.

Weekly track workouts concentrating on pace and speed.

Weekly coach’s emails with
important training information.

Who should Join?

In addition to the training offered in the Women's 101 Beginning
Running Program, we offer a "next step" program to train you for
your first 10K race. This training is designed to help you
improve your running form and speed. Your training
schedule features periodic "tune up" races. A local 10K will
be featured at the end of the program. (Entry fee not included.)

If you are a new runner who has completed
several 5Ks, this is a perfect opportunity to move up to the 10K
distance.

If you are an experienced runner, this program will help you
improve. Don't just run more miles, learn to run them faster
with a combination of speed work, tempo runs, hills and group
relays.

This program will help you qualify for
the Peachtree Road Race.

Rally Foundation Marathon/Half Marathon Training - Available

A multi-week training program designed to train you to run or
run/walk a marathon or half marathon. Weekend training runs are
designed to safely and gradually build you from 4 to 5 miles all
the way to 12 to 14 miles before your half marathon or 23 miles
for your full marathon.

"Periodized" training incorporates endurance, strength,
and speed into your schedule.

Group meets on weekends for long runs.
-
Special coach's clinics on nutrition,
yoga/stretching, injury prevention.

Direct "anytime" access to coach via email and phone.
-
Regular evaluation/assessment of training schedule.
-
Scheduled periodic "tune up" races.

Rally Athlete program shirt and shoe ID
provided.

Corporate Training Programs

This program provides training to
companies with a focus on wellness, who want to participate as
teams in corporate events such as the Race for the Cure, Relay for
Life or the Kaiser Permanente corporate run/walk. This
program will provide team building, training, guidance and support
in a corporate environment.
